Up to $450,000. A cash-funded path.
This homeownership program is designed to purchase qualifying homes up to $450,000 in cash without traditional mortgage interest. Home allocation is subject to eligibility and available funding.
Before your first $665 payment
The $450,000 amount is the maximum qualifying property purchase price under the program — not a personal balance or guaranteed benefit. Housing contributions go into the pooled housing fund for cash property purchases.
Home allocation is subject to eligibility, verification, qualifying property availability, available funding, and a signed housing agreement. Participation does not guarantee a home, immediate allocation, or automatic ownership. The $450,000 maximum is a program purchase limit, not money earned, saved, or individually available to you.

How contributions work
Every Contribution Moves You Forward.
Your eligible housing contributions are automatically tracked and can be credited toward your future home purchase. Once you receive your home, your monthly payments go toward reducing the remaining purchase balance, without traditional mortgage interest.
- Every verified $600 housing contribution from your $665 payment is recorded automatically. The $65 service fee is not credited.
- When you receive a home and sign the property agreement, eligible accumulated contributions can become purchase credits that reduce the remaining home purchase balance.
- After allocation, $2,500 of each $2,565 payment reduces that balance. A full $450,000 balance is repaid in about 15 years — any eligible credits shorten it.
Allocation is not guaranteed and there is no promised waiting period or allocation date. Actual credits and balances come from verified records and your signed agreement; participants see their own figures in the Payoff Tracker.
